As founder and head chef of Maison Ranéa, he manages everything from purchasing and cost control to team leadership and high-end client execution, ensuring the Pure Taste Academy curriculum connects theory with actual restaurant operations.

His unique combination of gastronomic excellence and operational expertise directly shapes the academy's performance-driven training, sustainability practices, and business optimization focus.
